Villas has been our dream for many years but now is
our reality.
Having spent many years holidaying, working and living on the exquisite island of Gili Trawangan, we have designed and created our dream home by combining a fusion of traditional Indonesian design and contemporary style with all the modern facilities that you would expect from a luxury villa.
Baruna Villas are located on Gili Trawangan on the largest of the 3 Gili Islands, on a quiet road only 250 metres from the main beach. The unique location, with no cars or motorized vehicles, is perfect for those wanting a relaxing holiday lazing by the pool with all the comforts of home, while still providing the more active holiday maker activities such as scuba diving, snorkeling, surfing and golf.

Villas Terms & Conditions
The legal bits
1. How to Make a Reservation
In order for us to accept your booking your party leader must read these conditions. The person who signs or 'submits' the booking form does so on behalf of all the members of the party and binds them jointly to these terms and conditions. When you ask us to confirm your booking we will confirm your reservation. All payments are to be in £sterling, US$ or Indonesian Rupiah unless otherwise agreed. Any additional nights will be charged on a pro-rata basis.

2. Initial Payment
At the time of your booking you will be asked to pay an initial deposit of 25% of the total cost of the property. This payment is your only commitment until 6 weeks prior to your departure. Once your deposit is received, your booking is then active and the dates you have chosen are secured. All payments are by bank transfer.
3. Payment of Balance
The
balance of the holiday cost must be paid at least 6
weeks prior to departure. Please ensure that payment
is made within that time otherwise
we
reserve the right to treat your booking as
cancelled, in which case you could be liable to pay
us the cancellation charges detailed below. If you
arrange your holiday within 6 weeks of traveling
then full payment is due with your booking. All
payments are by bank transfer.
4. If you cancel your booking
If you wish to cancel your booking you the lead guest must do so by sending written confirmation by e-mail. In the event of a cancellation and to compensate for the expense of processing your booking and for any loss that may result from being unable to re-sell the holiday, we charge the following cancellation fees:

5. Insurance and Visa Requirements

Holiday and travel Insurance, including cancellation cover, is essential for your own protection and we strongly recommend that you and all members of your party be suitably insured. We do not provide any insurance for your stay. We are also not liable or responsible for any visa requirements your party may have.
6. Party Size
At no time must any more persons occupy a property than stated on the booking form, except with prior written agreement. Property owners or their agents reserve the right to refuse admittance if this condition is not observed.
7. Problems with Your Property

If you have a problem during your holiday, immediately inform the local representative who will then endeavour to put things right. If you fail to do this we cannot accept responsibility, as we have not had the opportunity to investigate and rectify the problem. Although we will make every effort to deal with problems promptly, a reasonable amount of time should be allowed for repairs to be completed by outside contractors. In the unlikely event that a problem is not satisfactorily resolved during your stay we require written notification within 14 days of the completion of your holiday.
8. Electricity
Being a
very remote island in a remote region, power cuts
can be common. We hold no responsibility for loss of
power or the duration. We will where possible make
sure you are made to feel as comfo
rtable
as possible during these power cuts.
9. Change of accommodation
On rare occasions it may be unavoidable to change your booking because of circumstances beyond our control; we will endeavour to inform you of this ASAP and offer either alternative accommodation of similar or superior standard or a refund if nothing is suitable.
10. Breakages & Damages
We don't request a security deposit, but we do trust you to report any breakages or damage to our local agents/housekeepers on location. You will be required to pay for any repairs or replacements as necessary.

11. Property Standards
We Endeavour to maintain high standards. However, inevitably, items break or require maintenance, therefore please be aware that you may encounter maintenance staff and gardeners during your stay. Please also remember that your villa is our home - please leave the villa in a reasonably clean and tidy condition. We reserve the right to charge for extra cleaning if necessary.
12. On Arrival
Immediately upon arrival at your holiday home please familiarize yourself with the layout of the property and identify any potential hazards e.g. unexpected steps, slippery surfaces etc. Please also read the safety precaution information contained within the welcome book. You will also be asked to provide a copy of your passport for security and safety purposes.

13. Noise
Please respect our neighbors and the local community. While we appreciate you are on holiday and wish to let your hair down, excessive noise and music, particularly during the night will not be tolerated. You are prohibited from holding parties in line with the island rules.
14. Safes and Keys
Where we provide a safe for guest use we cannot accept responsibility for any loss under any circumstances. We are also not responsible for loss of keys and you will be charged locally for them and the locks to be changed.
