Terms and Conditions
General
Each villa has a maximum number of guests. This number
may not be exceeded, unless otherwise agreed upon.
The booking for a specific number of guests cannot be
exceeded on a later moment, unless this has been
approved by the owners,.and confirmed by us.
In most cases it is possible to add an extra bed for
children or one more guest.

Important
All
the guests on Lombok (due to Indonesian law) have to
registrar at the local authorities within 24 hour after
arrival.
The owner or local manager will take care of this. But
for this purpose he needs a photocopy of all the
passports. Please be so kind to bring these with you.
Taxes and service costs
When you rent a villa there are no hidden expenses, such
as surcharges or extra service expenses.
If however some extra charges are needed you will be
notified before hand.
When you are satisfied about the service provided by the
staff it is customary to give a tip.

Payments and
cancellations
Within seven days, after confirmation of reservation has
been given, a payment of 30% of the total rent amount
must be received by us. When this is not the case the
reservation will be cancelled. The final payment is
required 45 days prior to arrival at your rented villa.
When the reservation is made less then 45 days prior to
arrival at Lombok, the total amount has to be received
at once.
The complete amount, minus 3 Million Rp., will be
refunded when the reservation is cancelled 60 days or
more prior to arrival. With cancellations less then 60
days prior to arrival no refunds will be made.
Notice of cancellation must be received by us in
writing.
No refunds will be made if the guests decide to check
out earlier than stated in the reservation made.
Changes in booking
For changes in the reservation, a Rp.500.000,-
administration charge can be asked, when the booking has
already been affirmed and the down payments have been
paid.
Check-out and Check-in
time
Generally the
check-out time for the villas is 11 o'clock in the
morning. Checking-in normally takes place from 14
o'clock noon at the date of arrival.
In most cases special arrangements can be made.
Flight data and transfer
When you rent the villa the transfer from and to the
airport can also be arranged by us, at the lowest
possible price.
Our manager will be stand by at the airport of Mataram
to welcome you at arrival and will bring you to the
villa.
At the arrival hall of the airport he will await you
with a sign, with upon it the name which has been
indicated on the reservation.
Therefore it is necessary that you inform us about the
flight data, for as well as arrival as departure. Also
changes in flight schedule must be reported, to
guarantee his presence.
He can also take care of your transfer to the airport on
you day of departure.
Liability
Lombok Rental Villas is not obliged to pay back an
unused part of the reservation, due to any
circumstances.
Also we are not liable for theft or accidents.
Therefore a tenant should arrange his own cancellation
insurance and/or travel insurance.
If the tenant causes damages to the rented property or
movables, or loses possessions of the owner (such as a
key),
the tenant will be held responsible for this.
The expenses for repair or replacement will have to be
paid by the tenant.
